MOUNTAIN HOME, Idaho (AP) — Police say a man has died after his car collided with a van and a school bus in southwestern Idaho.

An Idaho State Police dispatcher says none of the six children aboard the school bus were injured in the Tuesday morning crash.

Police say the man was pulling out of a dairy just before 7 a.m. when his vehicle collided with a van. His car was then struck in the side by the school bus.

The bus was carrying six elementary- and junior high-aged students who are in the Mountain Home School District.

Assistant Superintendent James Gilbert says officials sent another school bus to the crash scene to pick up the kids. He said that they appeared to be doing fine emotionally, but the district will continue to evaluate the situation.

The driver's name has not been released. Idaho State Police are investigating.
