COLUMBUS, Neb. (AP) — An eastern Nebraska man has pleaded guilty to exposing himself to two 17-year-old girls at a city library.
The Columbus Telegram reports (http://bit.ly/1wSrKH4 ) 22-year-old Mitchell Ryan admitted to two counts of public indecency on Thursday. Prosecutors dropped a charge of obstructing a police officer in the plea deal.
Police were called to the library on Oct. 27 by the high school students. The arresting officer says Ryan pulled away from him and fled on foot during the arrest. He was later found hiding in a dumpster.
Ryan faces up to a year in jail when he is sentenced in January. He was previously convicted of indecent exposure in September 2013.
