Find Health, Happiness and Success with Natural Foods

OMAHA, Neb., April 17, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a new report

by the National Gardening Association, food gardening in the U.S. is

at the highest level in more than a decade. Nearly 35% of all

households in America, or 42 million households, are growing food at

home or in a community garden, up 17% in five years.

People of all ages are growing their own food, and a large percentage

state that they do it so their families know their food is natural.

However, the biggest drawback of growing their own food, according to

millennials, is that they have less time than ever to prepare meals

and use the food they have grown.

Celebrity fitness chef and sports nutritionist, Jen Arricale, teaches

companies and clients that it doesn't have to take more time to create

healthful meals with fresh, natural ingredients, "People just need to

be taught how to do it."

"Just like the earth, your body needs to be nourished and protected.

My goal is to provide an easy guide for those seeking to make simple

changes to their diet to obtain health and wellness results," says

Arricale, who announced that her guide to healthy eating, Healthy

Recipes for a Busy Life: Easy to Prepare, Fun to Share! will be

released on Tuesday in conjunction with Earth Day.

"Eating healthy, natural food doesn't mean sacrificing the food,

family and friends you love," says Arricale, who experienced firsthand

the power of natural foods in her own personal transformation. "You

can be a foodie and be fit at the same time," Arricale insists.

"I'm living proof that it's never too late to decide that you are

worth it," says Arricale, who didn't start eating healthy until she

was 45.

Arricale now teaches nutrition to large corporations and is a champion

natural physique competitor for Team USA. Healthy Recipes for a Busy

Life, combines clean, natural flavors with simple preparation methods

that take 30 minutes or less. These simple recipes empower people to

cut out fast food and pre-packaged foods. Arricale says most people

realize they shouldn't eat out as much, "but they often get stuck on

how to do it, and that's where I come in."

Healthy Recipes for a Busy Life teaches simple, powerful techniques

that anyone can use to improve their health, happiness and success

with natural foods in their own kitchen.

"You deserve to live a healthy, happy life, and I want to help," says

Arricale. "It is my passion to take what I've learned to inspire

others. Trust me - I know it's not easy when you're busy and that's

why I wrote this book, to help people fit healthy eating into their

busy lives."
