NEW YORK (AP) — The Latest on ex-Fox News host Andrea Tantaros' sexual harassment against Fox News (all times local):

A former Fox News host's lawsuit claims an ex-U.S. senator and a popular network host made unwanted sexual advances toward her.
Andrea Tantaros doesn't list ex-Republican U.S. Sen. Scott Brown of Massachusetts or Fox host Bill O'Reilly as defendants in the suit filed Monday.
But she says Brown made "inappropriate comments to her" and put his hands "on her lower waist" last August.
She says O'Reilly asked her to stay with him and told her he believed she had a "wild side."
A representative for O'Reilly hasn't returned a message.
Brown called Tantaros' claims about their interactions "false," adding his encounters were "always in full view" of others at Fox.
Tantaros has sued Fox's ousted chief and network executives for sexual harassment. Fox officials say they can't comment on pending litigation.

A former Fox News host claims in a lawsuit that network executives retaliated against her after she complained about unwanted sexual advances.
Andrea Tantaros says in a lawsuit filed Monday in state court that ousted Fox chief Roger Ailes sexually harassed her.
Fox officials said Tuesday that they can't comment on pending litigation.
Ailes resigned last month when former anchor Gretchen Carlson sued, claiming she was fired for refusing Ailes' advances. He's denied those charges.
Since Carlson's lawsuit, other women have come forward alleging they were similarly harassed.
Tantaros says after she complained last spring to a top Ailes deputy, she was told she "needed to let this one go."
She says network executives then cut her air time and planted unflattering news stories about her.

Former Fox News host Andrea Tantaros says in a lawsuit she was sexually harassed by former network chief Roger Ailes and other top executives.
Tantaros filed the suit Monday in Manhattan state Supreme Court.
She says in the suit that her job "devolved into a nightmare of sexual harassment" in the summer of 2014.
Fox officials didn't immediately return a call seeking comment.
Tantaros first went public with her allegations last winter. At that time, the network said she made up the claims because she breached her contract after writing a book without getting network clearance.
Ailes resigned in July after former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson charged in a lawsuit that she was fired because she refused his sexual advances. He's denied the charges.
