CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Thursday on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for Dec delivery rose 4.50 cents to $5.2675 a bushel; Dec corn was 6.75 cents higher at 3.5975 a bushel; Dec oats rose 6.50 cents to $3.6050 a bushel; while Nov soybeans advanced 30.5 cents to $9.9325 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec live cattle rose 1 cent to $1.6910 a pound; Nov feeder cattle was 1.53 cents higher at $2.3670 a pound; while Dec lean hogs fell 1.03 cents to $.8872 a pound.
