Orem police are searching for a man who has red paint covering the clothing he was wearing earlier today. They say he may possibly be suffering the side affects of tear gas as well.
Orem Police Lt. Doug Edwards says the suspect robbed the Alpine Credit Union just before 1:00 this afternoon. His bag full of money also had a dye pack inside that exploded shortly after he left the bank.
Edwards says they believe this same suspect has also robbed banks in Pleaseant Grove, American Fork and Provo over the past 10 days.
Police are looking for a light green SUV that could have red dye somewhere on the vehicle.
The six-foot white male likes to wear a black leather jacket, a white ball cap and oversized sunglasses.
Police also say the suspect has done all of his robberies between noon and 2:00 in the afternoon.
