OGDEN -- An Ogden man is behind bars, accused of sexually assaulting his neighbor.
Police say the woman called for help Monday afternoon after Morris Wayne Gates forced his way into her apartment and began kissing and fondling her. He then went back to his apartment.
Officers say when they went to talk to Gates about what had happened, he appeared to be intoxicated and admitted to the assault.
He is now charged with forcible sex abuse and burglary.
