(KSL News) Cedar City authorities caught a man who busted out of jail in Tennessee.
Highway Patrol troopers pulled over Rodney Oakes for driving with a broken windshield. When they found out Oakes was a wanted man, they approached him and Oakes drove off.
The chase went from I-15, through Cedar City, then back on the freeway. But troopers caught the fugitive when he crashed the car into a fence, and got it stuck in snow.
Oakes escaped from that Tenneesee jail four years ago.
