BLUFFDALE -- Dozens of dogs living in unsanitary conditions were removed from a woman's home in Bluffdale Friday morning.

A city official told the Salt Lake Tribune the dogs were found in kennels near 16500 South Camp Williams Road. Most appeared to be neglected, suffering from mange and living in deplorable living conditions

The official said all of the dogs were removed and taken to various shelters across the valley.

The owner of the property was cited for having too many dogs and animal cruelty.
