LAS VEGAS (AP) -- U.S. Marshals say a 57-year-old fugitive in a Utah sexual assault case has been arrested in Las Vegas.
Frank Costillo Rojas was being held Friday at the Clark County jail. He was arrested on a November 1996 warrant involving the attempted sexual assault of a 16-year-old girl in Cedar City, Utah.
Deputy Marshal Tom Hall says Rojas lived from motel to motel since he disappeared in July 1996 while free on bond.
Rojas was arrested again in August 2008, and Hall says he pleaded guilty before disappearing again while free on bond pending sentencing.
