TOOELE, Utah (AP) -- A Tooele County substitute teacher accused of having sex with a 17-year-old boy who was a student in one of her classes has been sentenced.

A judge has ordered 29-year-old Cameo Patch to serve three years of probation, pay a two-thousand dollars fine, undergo psychosexual evaluation and take part in treatment.

Originally, Patch was charged with third-degree felony sexual battery. However, the charge was reduced to a class A misdemeanor.
