Investigators now are trying to track down photos of a Utah State University student the night before he died.
Logan police say Michael Starks, 18, was killed by alcohol poisoning during a Sigma Nu fraternity initiation ceremony.
After questioning more than 20 people, they think there are pictures out there to prove it, and they want them. They've already found one person who has photos of Starks drinking.
They've also identified a woman they believe provided the alcohol.
The fraternity, as well as the Chi Omega sorority, has been indefinitely suspended from campus.
