(KSL News) Prosecutors have charged the father of a high school football player accused of attacking a coach with a football helmet.
Tumua Siaumau faces one felony count of aggravated assault.
Police say he became angry with a Granger High School assistant coach after the football team's loss to Highland High School last Friday and hit the coach in the head with his son's helmet.
Siaumau was arrested and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail on $50,000 bail.
