Andrew Adams reporting The legalities of the raid on the FLDS compound in Texas are still being questioned, and Utah Attorney General Mark Shurtleff is even shrugging his shoulders to some degree.

This morning, Shurtleff acknowledged on KSL's "Doug Wright Show" that this raid on the FLDS compound was so wide-reaching the potential is there the case could be undermined.

"I think they will find that there probably are a number of chargeable crimes come out of this with regard to sex with minors, and other than that, I don't know," he said.

Shurtleff says Texas investigators had no choice but to investigate a claim of abuse. But he says the raid is making other polygamous groups wonder if they are next.
