(KSL News) About 500 Questar Gas customers have just been hit with a very pricey gas bill. Questar says it's because of some high-tech meters that underreported the amount of natural gas those customers were using.
When the problem was discovered, Questar added the cost to the customers' bills. Those back payments range from a few hundred, to a couple thousand dollars.
We wanted to talk to Questar about the billing issue in today's Talking Point, but Questar refused to participate in a discussion alongside either a consumer advocate or a customer.
So, today Nancy Mitchell is joining us. She's a Questar customer who has filed a complaint over her bill with the Division of Public Utilities.
