WEST JORDAN — The West Jordan Police Department is seeking the public's help in identifying an alleged bank robber.

On Jan. 18, at about 1:45 p.m., a man entered the Wells Fargo Bank located at 2640 West 9000 South, police said in a released statement.

The man stated he had a gun, threatened the teller and left with an undisclosed amount of money, according to police.

Police do not know if the man left the scene by vehicle or on foot.

The robber was described as a light-skinned male with a medium to bulky build who is about 25 to 35-years old and 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall. At the time of the robbery, the man was wearing a gray camouflage shirt and a fake beard.
