OGDEN, Utah (AP) -- Police in Ogden need helping locating the driver of a red pickup truck who allegedly ran over a man on 24th Street and then fled the scene.

Police say Lee Robert Walter Jones died Wednesday at McKay-Dee Hospital, three days after being hit by two cars.

They say the 21-year-old man was walking in a lane of traffic when hit and injured by a Cadillac Seville. That car pulled over and the driver got out. But the driver of the pickup swerved to miss the Cadillac and hit Jones as he lay in the road.

The truck -- a red GMC or Chevrolet S-10 -- didn't stop.

Anyone with information is asked to Ogden police at 801-629-8221
