WASATCH COUNTY -- When group of snowmobilers ran into trouble in Wasatch County, they used a GPS device to guide rescuers to their location.
State Parks ranger Drew Patterson said the men were climbing a steep hill at Clayton Peak Saturday afternoon when one of them hit a rock and got tossed off his machine. The snowmobile then rolled on top of him and broke his arm.
One of the riders had a GPS with him so when he called for help, he was able to guide the rescue helicopter right in.
