(KSL News) Jordan High School just celebrated its 100th year. Alumni president Glen Watts played a big part in the success of that celebration.
The event attracted more than 7,000 participants. He worked with a board of about 25 people.
You'd think after completing a task like that he could get some rest. But we pulled him out of bed this morning to give him a High 5. He was nominated by friend and board member, Joy Bates.
"You do so much for everybody, and you are a wonderful friend," she said.
Glen replied, "Family, friends, everybody -- that's what keeps me going."
As a thank you, Glen received some goodies from Real Salt Lake.
