According to the Utah Highway Patrol, a 56-year-old Mountain Green man was driving his Porsche westbound on State Road 138 just before 7:30 a.m. when he turned left in front of a Nissan pickup truck onto Sheep Lane.

The driver of the pickup, 37-year-old Angela Bouwman of Grantsville, was ejected and sustained critical head injuries. She was flown to University Hospital where she passed away.

Bouwman's 18-year-old son, who was riding in the pickup with her, was flown to University Hospital with minor leg injuries. The driver of the Porsche suffered two broken legs and was flown to Intermountain Medical Center in Murray.

Troopers say all three victims were wearing seat belts and say they don't believe alcohol or drugs were a factor in the crash.
