SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A Democrat running for president is planning a visit to the state.
John Edwards' campaign staff says he will make a stop in Salt Lake City on June 1.
Edwards is scheduled to speak at a fundraiser to be held at the Depot that evening.
It will be the first visit from a Democrat running in the 2008 race.
Republican candidates Mitt Romney, John McCain and Rudy Giuliani have all made stops in Utah already.
