SUMMIT COUNTY - A Sandy man was killed in an ATV crash in Tollgate Canyon.
Ranger Joseph Donnell with Utah State Parks says 50-year-old Brett Thomas Green was riding on a dirt road around 3:30 p.m. when he lost control of his ATV, swerved off the road and was thrown from the vehicle.
A family member called 911, but Green died at the scene. Donnell says he was not wearing a helmet.
