WEST VALLEY CITY - Some West Valley City firefighters rescued seven ducklings and reunited them with their mother Sunday.
Engine Company 72 got a call about the baby ducks, which had fallen into a storm drain near 4880 South and 5600 West.
The worried mother duck watched as the firemen pulled the ducklings from the drain to safety.
The firemen released the baby ducks to their mother in a nearby field, and the happy family waddled away together.
