(KSL News) A judge today dismissed charges against a Sandy woman accused of drugging and then raping her daughter's 16-year-old friend.
The judge threw out the first-degree felony charges against Kathy English after her accuser admitted he made up the whole story.
The boy told the defense attorney he lied to try to keep English from moving to Florida with her daughter, who he was interested in.
