(KSL News) Davis County is tweaking its underage tanning ordinance to fall in line with a new state law.

Governor Huntsman already signed a bill that requires parents to sign a permission slip, in person, at a tanning salon before a child can tan.

The Davis County law required parents to accompany underage tanners each visit.
