NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Miami coach Erik Spoelstra says guard Dwyane Wade and center Greg Oden are being held out of Saturday night's game against the New Orleans Pelicans so they can rest following a victory one night earlier in Memphis.

Meanwhile, Pelicans coach Monty Williams says Eric Gordon also won't play because of tendinitis in his left knee.

Wade played 33 minutes on Friday night, scoring 14 points. He routinely has been held out of the second of back-to-back games this season. Oden, who has come back this season from knee problems that sidelined him more than three years, played 12:27 on Friday night, scoring five points and grabbing two rebounds.

Gordon, who averages 15.4 points, played 8 minutes in Atlanta on Friday before leaving with knee soreness.
