BOSTON — Taylor Swift visits a 6-year-old fan with cancer, and the results will melt your heart.

According to Gawker, Swift visited Jordan Nickerson at Boston Children’s Hospital on Aug. 3, where Jordan, who also has a developmental disorder called Williams Syndrome, is going through treatments for leukemia.

The video shows Swift having a sweet chat with Jordan before she sings for him. The conversation is so natural and focused on Jordan that you almost forget that Swift is trying to connect with the boy in front of a small crowd while being filmed. And he visibly shakes with happiness as he cheerily interacts with her.

You know you’re in for a happy ride when at about the 2:50 mark Jordan exclaims with encourage remark, “You’re great at that!” as Swift begins to strum out her song, "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together."

Then the video really takes a grip on your emotions as Jordan looks admiringly at Swift’s face while he sings and bops along with Swift. If you don’t have a smile on your face as Jordan belts out the last chorus, you may have a heart of stone that you’ll want to get checked by a medical professional.
