SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- The weather is cooling off and flu season is on the way.
The Utah Department of Health and the Utah Adult Immunization Coalition are encouraging people to get their flu vaccinations now.
Officials say that unlike previous years, there are no anticipated vaccine shortages and that there will be no "priority groups."
The flu season will run from October to March.
Health officials say the peak season is in January or February, so that vaccination after Thanksgiving will still provide benefits.
