1. UINTA GOLF / SPORTSBEAT "TIP OF THE WEEK" 2010 OFFICIAL RULES
1. Dates/Eligibility. The Contest begins March 27, 2010 and ends August 21, 2010. KSL 5 TV (the ÒStationÓ) may change the dates or terms of the Contest without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted online at www.ksl.com (the ÒSiteÓ). The Contest is open to legal residents of Utah, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a contestantÕs chance of winning. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of the Station, Bonneville International Corporation, Uinta Golf, any entity associated with the administration or sponsorship the Contest (collectively, the ÒSponsorsÓ) or any other radio or television station that serves the Salt Lake City, Utah area, as well as members of the same household of the employee or agent, are ineligible to participate.

2. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter the Contest. First, a contestant can visit the Site between March 27, 2010 and August 21, 2010, compose a short question about how to play golf and submit the question, along with a completed entry form, as instructed. Second, a contestant can visit any Uinta Golf location and complete and submit an official entry form. The official entry form available at Uinta Golf locations does not permit or require a contestant to submit a question about how to play golf and will not be included in the entries used to select weekly prize winners. These entries are eligible for the Grand Prize only. Contestants may enter once at the Site and once at Uinta Golf (for a maximum of two entries per person). Online entries must be received by the Station on or before 5:00 p.m. August 21, 2010. In-store entries must be completed and submitted on or before August 21, 2010. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. Limit one online entry per email address. All entries (including the questions about how to play golf) become the sole and exclusive property of the Station and will not be returned.

3. Selection of Weekly Prize Winners. Beginning April 3, 2010 and continuing each Saturday thereafter through Saturday, August 21, 2010, the Station will select one question from those submitted at the Site to date and respond to the question on air during Golf Utah on KSL 5. (The question will not be selected at random. The Station will have complete editorial discretion as to which question is chosen for response on air.) The contestant whose question is selected will be a weekly prize winner, subject to compliance with all rules and eligibility requirements.

4. Selection of Grand Prize Winner. On or about August 25, 2010 the Station will select one entry at random from all eligible entries received (online and in-store) as the grand prize winner, subject to compliance with all rules and eligibility requirements. Odds of winning the grand prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Prizes. Nineteen weekly prizes and one grand prize will be awarded in the Contest. Each weekly prize will consist of one dozen Nike Golf Tour golf balls, a Uinta Golf Players Card, 18 holes of golf for two (2) people with use of a golf cart at Thanksgiving Point near Lehi, Utah. Weekly prize winners will be required to obtain their own transportation to and from Thanksgiving Point and arrange their own tee time. Weekly winners must use the golf portion of their prize by December 31, 2010. The approximate retail value of each weekly prize is $354. The Grand Prize will consist of a VR STR8 Fit Tour Driver and Free golf for 2011 (Jan 1-Dec 31, 2011) at any Vanguard Golf Management courses (Thanksgiving Point, The Ranches, Coral Canyon and Sky Mountain) The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $5,400. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged except at the discretion of the Station. Prize winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, gratuities or other charges that result from the receipt or use of their prize. All Prizes will be picked up at the Sandy Uinta Golf location.

6. Conditions/Restrictions. The Station is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer messages. Online entries must provide a valid email address. In exchange for their right to enter the Contest, each contestant agrees to release and indemnify each of the Sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the contestantÕs participation in the Contest. Entry into the Contest constitutes permission for each Sponsor and its respective designees to use the contestantÕs name, likeness, portrait, voice and biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the Sponsor, the products and services of any of its designees or both. As a condition of receiving their prize, each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release (including a publicity release) as prepared by the Station. If the Station is unable to contact a prize winner using the telephone number supplied during the entry process within a reasonable period of time (as determined by the Station), the prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in or win the Contest will be subject to disqualification.

7. Rules. Copies of these rules are free and available at the Site, at the StationÕs studios (Broadcast House, 55 North 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84180) during regular business hours or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Station at this address.
