SALT LAKE CITY — Police are trying to identify and locate a man who robbed a Brighton Bank Thursday.

The man demanded cash at the Brighton Bank at 1420 S. 300 West at around 10:27 a.m., according to the Salt Lake City Police Department. He left the bank on foot and was seen heading west on Hope Avenue, police said.

Investigators described the man as being about 5 feet 6 inches tall, 135 pounds and of a slim build. They said he may be Hispanic and was wearing all black clothing with a black hat.
