SALT LAKE CITY — Students at the Salt Lake Academy of Arts got the chance to display their talent right on the doorsteps of their school on Friday.
The 5th through 8th grade students spent a larget part of their school day working on a large chalk art mural that included current pop culture characters.
The students were guided by chalk artist Daniel Nielsen who has been making chalk art murals for 12 years.
The mural is part of the preparation for the Salt Lake Academy of Arts annual gala.
