LOGAN — The body of a man was discovered Friday in the Logan River.
Police received a call about a body found face-down in the river at 843 S. 100 West, at 11:20 a.m. Friday.
The man, 64, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of death is unknown at this time. Sources told police the victim had gone out fishing in the river.
Police do not suspect foul play at this time. The name of the victim has not been released, pending notification of the family.
