COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS — A driver damaged some garages and a car after crashing into them and then driving off early Sunday morning, police said.
The accident took place about 6:50 a.m. near 2074 Pinnacle Terrace Way, Cottonwood Heights police officer N. Garcia said. He did not provide the driver’s name.
One vehicle was damaged in the crash, and several garages had extensive damage, Garcia said. There were no injuries in the crash.
Police later found the car and driver, Garcia said. A DUI investigation is underway, he added.
The garages are inside an apartment complex but are detached from housing units, Garcia said.
