Tax cut by the end of the year? Utah House speaker hopeful

Utah House Speaker Brad Wilson, R-Kaysville, said Wednesday he’d like to see a special legislative session on tax reform before the end of the year so a tax cut can be put in place at the start of 2020 — an election year for all House members and half of the Senate.
