1 year after 'dysfunction,' Utah County pioneers new strategies in 2019 elections

In 2018, Gov. Gary Herbert called Utah County the “epicenter of dysfunction” for the long lines and wait times that greeted voters on Election Day. The 2019 election, however, appears to have been a smooth success despite extra obstacles.
