MURICA — When I think of the great state of Utah, I think of the incredible views, the open spaces, the endless list of outdoor activities, snow-capped mountains and fry sauce.
I guess what I'm trying to say is there are a lot of great things about Utah and I love living here.
But with all the wonderful things, there are some things that can get on my nerves as well. For example, constant freeway construction, a February that's bitterly cold and never seems to end or even inversion.
What I didn't think of is what a Utahn said was the worst part about the state in this video.
Condé Nast Traveler posted this video highlighting 50 different people, each from one U.S. state describing the worst thing about their home. A lot of the participants complain about narrow mindedness or politicians, and even more complain about the weather.
My personal favorite is the girl from Maine who's complaint is really just a backdoor compliment. As I was waiting for Utah to pop up, a number of things ran through my head, but I can honestly say what the girl representing us said has never crossed my mind, but I guess I can see where she's coming from.
The video is fun and gets you thinking about what you love and maybe don't care for about your home.
If you were asked to be in the video, what would you say about your home? Let us know on the comment board.
