The customer is the greatest asset to our organization so the ongoing communication to our customers is paramount. The main objective of this position is to optimize current and future email communications to nurture our client base and increase sales of our real estate investment products. The customer emarketing specialist will manage email and social media communications to our existing customer base. Job Description: ??? Collect new customers created every week and organize them into the appropriate marketing buckets based on products purchased or interest level. ??? Create and send emails daily, weekly, or monthly to the different client groups based on what they have requested. ??? Work with marketing, sales, customer service and management to create content that will resonate with the client base. ??? Manage responses generated by all campaigns and distribute to the sales team via crm as prescribed by management. ??? Generate regular tracking/reporting daily, weekly, and monthly as designed by management to show performance of marketing campaigns and corresponding sales results. ??? Track and monitor progression of responses using crm to ensure responding customers are contacted in a timely manner.
Relocation costs may be covered.
Skills and Experience: ??? Basic management and manipulation of data using MS Excel or other database apps. ??? Basic understanding of customer relationship management systems. ??? Bulk email experience using applications like Constant Contact, MailChimp, AWeber, Silverpop, etc.
