    Job Description

    Work for a successful Real Estate Investment company! We invest in residential real estate. We fix-n-flip homes purchase and manage rental properties. View our website at In addition to our investment projects we help buyers and sellers buy and sell homes. We also help renters become homeowners. We are currently seeking a highly motivated office assistant to oversee office duties that include setting appointments, coordinating showings for buyers and seller, update and manage computer records and of course answering phones. Candidate must be computer savvy, organized, who can multi-task with daily to do lists such as updating and creating excel sheets, respond to emails, fill out forms, email, scan and fax documents daily. We are looking for someone who is very organized who can maintain an organized office and has ways to improve existing methods. We are searching for someone who is tech savvy who is proficient with Word, Excel among other applications. Candidate will also maintain social websites which requires in depth experience on facebook, twitter, linked-in, google advertising, ksl ads, etc. We are looking for someone who enjoys working on the computer & phone. We believe in working together to collaborate and think outside the box and find ways to expand our brand and business. We'd prefer someone with Web-design & marketing experience.

    Relocation costs may be covered.


    We prefer but don't require the following: We are looking for someone who has worked in a professional environment 2 years out of the last 5 years. We prefer someone who has experience working with a title company, real estate firm/broker, law firm, bank, internet etc. We'd prefer some sales experience as well. We are looking for someone who has an interest in real estate and someone with a business mindset who has great people skills who can communicate well with others. 40 wpm minimum Spanish Speaking is a plus! Ability to track time and keep deadlines. Good communication skills driven, goal oriented etc. Cell Phone & Reliable transportation Live within the Salt Lake Valley.
