Ingram Medical is a dynamic retail pharmacy focused on serving our important diabetic patient-customers. The Receptionist/Admin Assistant professionally attends to visitors and callers, and supplies information to the general public, clients, and customers. In addition, the receptionist performs administrative and office support to multiple departments. Responsibilities: ??? Answer, screen, and incoming direct calls ??? Take and relay messages ??? Provide general information to callers ??? Greet guests and visitors ??? Direct guests and visitors to destination ??? Resolve queries from public and customers ??? Oversee movements in and out of organization ??? Correspond with vendors ??? Prepare letters, reports and documents ??? Schedule appointments ??? Tidy and maintain the reception and fax area ??? Prepare new hire packets ??? Prepare Insurance packets ??? Order Office supplies on Thursdays ??? Oversee the HIPAA certification ??? Assist other departments ??? Filing, faxing ??? Order office supplies weekly ??? Reports ??? Water Plants ??? Run Errands ??? Assist event organizing ??? Maintain coke and other syrups are full in the soda machine on a continuous basis, as well as maintain coke fountain, order products as needed ??? Empty refrigerator every Friday afternoon ??? Clear break room counters and sink each day approx. 4:00 p.m. ??? Maintain break room cutlery, cups, plates, etc. ??? Oversee neatness of break room area ??? Other duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Integrity, sociability, organization skills, extensive software skills, internet research abilities, strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential to the performance of this role.
