    Job Description

    Need Office Assistant We are seeking a creative, self-motivated individual with good communication skills and ability to handle several areas of responsibility within a young Landscape Design company. Company Description: Our company primarily works in unique landscape design with custom water features, fire pits, pergolas, and waterfalls. We will be opening a new splashpad division, serving both residential and commercial needs, this spring. We offer only top-of-the-line artistry in our work and have no parallel in Utah in this category. Job Responsibilities: - Help us stay organized in the office! - Maintain office books and records using practical knowledge of quickbooks software and Windows Office software. - Make sure that communications (email inquiries, hard mail, phone messages, etc...) are answered professionally and in a timely manner. - Make sure that marketing materials are up-to-date and distributed as directed. - Collaborate with designers with marketing material preparation as needed. - Keep account records current. - Make sure payroll is submitted. - Make sure that all receipts are filed. - Make sure that all complaints are handled thoroughly. - Follow up with potential new leads for the company. This job would require that you have a blend of initiative and a real knack for organization. You must be neat, tidy, meticulous and a good communicator. This job would give you a lot of flexibility without excessive restrictions on your daily schedule. You will have access to a pleasant office environment for office-based duties. We don't care what you wear to the office or what time of day you prefer to work as long as the job gets done and gets done well. We don't interface a lot with the public from the office-home base. If you do go into the field, however, you MUST be presentable and professional. Office duties should not exceed 20 hours/week currently. Therefore, this job has the ability for growth, if desired, with a combined sales position.

    Relocation costs may be covered.
