Sales Associate/CRM Specialist Growing international equipment company has an immediate need for a Sales Assistant/CRM Specialist full time. This is a broad management and office support role with primary focus on CRM/Sales project support which will encompass all aspects of servicing the sales pipeline including account management, lead follow-up, bid and quote sending/follow-up, customer service and support, database updating, customization, marketing, and general project management and support to company partners. This position will work directly with the sales, product manufacturing, marketing, and operations groups, and the ideal candidate must have high regard for quality and ability to propose innovative solutions based on available resources and business requirements. *Must be fluent in Spanish (written and verbal)* Primary Responsibilities ??? Provide professional sales support, management, outreach, and follow-up to international clientele. ??? Work closely with Sales Manager in contacting leads, scheduling appointments, and follow-up. ??? Manage company SugarCRM database for customer tracking, communication, and follow up. ??? Customize SugarCRM to company requirements and needs ??? Implement new functions, data types, integrations, and reports for the evolving business and managers ??? Oversee and support all CRM communication to company customers, leads, prospects, and contacts for migrating through the sales pipeline ??? Assist in answering company telephones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently ??? Assist in preparing various documents and correspondence including reports, letters, memos, presentations, and other sensitive documents for managers ??? Maintain daily company communication and office organization with postal mail, emails, faxes, and other communication ??? Maintain general office supplies and order as needed ??? Support company partners and managers with special projects ??? Other duties and assignments as assigned

Skills/Education ??? Professional experience with customizing and operating a CRM database platform (Sugar CRM preferred or Salesforce/others considered) ??? Bachelors Degree (preferred degree in: Computer Technology, Marketing, Business, or Spanish) ??? Proven track record in sales ??? Strong sales presentation/development skills ??? Excellent interpersonal skills ??? Fluent in Spanish mandatory (both oral and written) ??? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ??? Excellent oral and written communication skills ??? A desire to work in international business ??? Must be detailed oriented, have good organizational skills and personally accountable ??? Ability to identify and solve problems with sounds judgment ??? Ability to communicate well with co-workers including cross functional communications ??? Professional demeanor and office appearance
