The Implementation Manager (IM) role is responsible for internal and external relationship management, working with other departments within Samaritan and new and existing clientele to help design, plan and implement software solutions for our clients. Ultimately, the IM is responsible for the day-to-day decisions and tactics on a client's business and is a critical part of the client service team. The IM is the client team lead providing guidance and best practices to their support team and other disciplines within the company. *Responsibilities*: *Project Management* ??? Implement and support several concurrent software deployments ??? Creatively approach problems and use the tools provided to find resolutions ??? Conduct regular client meetings, effectively demonstrating and training on our software solutions ??? Work with internal departments as needed to provide harmonious and efficient cooperation to meet client needs *Relationship Management* ??? Proactively work to ensure clients have the best experience possible using our software, helping them to achieve desired results ??? Actively communicate with clients to identify issues, and recommend solutions using our software, upselling products where applicable ??? Ensure that expiring contracts renew???typically done on an annual basis *Personnel Management* ??? Oversee the day-to-day work and operations of a small team (2-4 people) ??? Communicate respectfully and effectively with employees and other team members ??? Keep detailed documentation on client interactions and changes applied to their systems ??? Responsible for delegating billable and non-billable tasks to employees
