Front Desk Agent -Conduct daily check-in and check-out of guests and owners -Offer directions to condos and nearby attractions -Manage guest and owner requests or needs -Answer phone calls about upcoming reservations and property details -Quickly and professionally resolve any guest issues that arise -Learn and understand front desk computer systems -Be proficient in billing and reservation policies and finding rates for interested guests -Agents will need to maintain a "Service Frame of Mind" during their shifts and be prepared to respond or assist with any kind of guest need that arises.
Relocation costs may be covered.
For all positions available, prior experience in an identical or similar role is preferred. Employees must be motivated and eager to work and able to handle themselves professionally at all times while on the job. All positions require a sense of teamwork and willingness to assist wherever and however needed. Flexibility with shifts is also preferred and may lead to additional shift availability at various ASRL desks
