We are recruiting for a Franchise Support Manager with 3 plus years of single family home property management experience, strong customer support and problem solving skills and a stellar track record of performance in a fast-paced environment. A Franchise Support Manager is responsible for supporting the operational challenges and driving the growth of each franchise office. This position identifies problems and provides expertise to resolve process and organizational issues to deliver best in class service to the franchise base. Job Description: ??? Accomplishes objectives by establishing plans and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections ??? Project Management including tracking department and vendor deliverables ??? Responsible for developing and maintaining operational pull through for strategic initiatives ??? Utilizes a coach and teach methodology to improve current procedures/processes to maximize efficiency and quality of professional services provided ??? Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills ??? Interface with various internal cross functional teams to drive improvements including Marketing, IT, Vendor Management, and Sales
