LOGAN, Utah (AP) — A former Utah library director accused of spending more than $89,000 in public dollars on the mobile app "Game of War" pleaded guilty to felony theft and forgery.

The Herald Journal reports Herm Olsen, the attorney who is representing former North Logan City Library Director Adam Winger, says a third felony charge of unlawful dealing with property by a fiduciary was dismissed Wednesday.

Winger also has agreed to pay $78,000 in restitution, to be paid by a date that will be determined by the time of sentencing.

Olsen says Winger will be required to pay the full restitution of $89,000 if he misses that deadline.

Sentencing for Winger, who resigned three months after he was placed on administrative leave in the summer of 2017, is scheduled for Aug. 13.
