OGDEN — The Flaming Lips, Little Dragon, Cold War Kids, CHVRCHES and more artists will visit the Ogden Amphitheater this summer as part of the Ogden Twilight concert series.
Shows are on Thursday nights from June 7 to June 28, along with a second session of six other dates in July and August, according to OgdenTwilight.com. All the shows will take place at the Ogden Amphitheater, 343 25th Street.
Veteran Oklahoma City psych-rockers The Flaming Lips will kick off the festival on June 7. Little Dragon, who played the Twilight Concert Series last year in Salt Lake City, will play the second show on June 14.
Scottish electronic band CHVRCHES will close out the concert series on Aug. 9.
Two local acts will also be featured during the series. American Fork folk singer Joshua James will play at the Aug. 7 show, and Provo singer Tishmal will play on Aug. 9.
Tickets go on sale March 8 at 10 a.m. Advance tickets are available at 24tix.com/ot and are $10 plus fees for each show. On the day of the show, tickets will cost $15.
Discounted passes for all shows in each session of the series also will be available. VIP tickets are $50 for each show.
Also included in the ticket price is a Utah Transit Authority pass for the night of the show. The pass will cover FrontRunner, TRAX and UTA buses for transportation to the venue.
