THE MOUNTAIN — The snow is finally starting to melt here in the valleys, but for a while I figured snowshoes would be a better alternative to shoes or boots to get around my neighborhood. After seeing this video, I realize skis and a jetpack would have been the ideal solution.

Red Bull got its hands on a jetpack, strapped it onto skier Flip Flisar's back and told him to fly around town, so he could get to mama's house for lunch. The video is a bit cheesy, but overall it's pretty cool to see Flisar jetting across bridges and frozen ponds in his neon snowsuit.

Yesterday's Have You Seen This?

I think I got speed wobbles watching this, and I was just sitting in bed. And yes, I tipped over from the speed wobbles. I'm not proud of it. What I am proud of, however, is the fact that this isn't quite as simple as it looks, and navigating that kind of speed on city streets and soccer pitches takes a fair amount of skill.

Take a look at the video, and I'll try to get out of bed. No promises.
