ST. GEORGE — Police have located a missing 24-year-old man who they called endangered.

Hurricane City police haven't yet released any other details about how David Torrey, 24, was found.

Police said Torrey has Asperger’s syndrome and borderline personality disorder and they had classified him as a missing, endangered person.
