COALVILLE — A 37-year-old man is dead following a single-car crash on I-80 Friday, officials at Utah Highway Patrol said.
At about 4:41 p.m., emergency crews responded to a crash near Coalville, UHP said. Witnesses told officers that the driver of a 1993 Mitsubishi Eclipse was driving erratically while traveling west on the highway when he left the roadway and rolled the vehicle.
The driver, identified as Nicholas Accordino, 37, was the only person in the vehicle and was ejected through the back window, investigators said.
Police are still investigating the exact cause of the crash.
