SALT LAKE CITY — Welcome to From Left Field! Here's the most sharable fun things that happened this weekend in the world of sports.

1. Lolo Jones says she could last a minute in the ring with Ronda Rousey

Rousey's famously been demolishing her opponents in UFC in incredibly short times: she knocked out most recent opponent Bethe Correia in just 34 seconds. And in her two fights before that, she won in just 14 seconds and 16 seconds. It's incredible.

But Lolo Jones, multi-sport U.S. Olympic athlete, thinks she could last a full minute in the cage, simply by running away from Rousey for at least a minute.

> How much are these chicks paid to get knocked out in seconds? I can't fight but I'll prolong it and run circles for least a minute #UFC190 > > Posted by [Lolo Jones](https://www.facebook.com/followlolo) on [Saturday, August 1, 2015](https://www.facebook.com/followlolo/posts/946314805430184)

Sure, it wouldn't exactly be stellar MMA, but if survival is all that matters, we'll take Lolo's speed in lasting a minute.

2. When the fans throw food at you, eat it

In Argentina, fans care about their futbol. They show that in some pretty wacky ways, including, but not limited to, throwing hamburgers on the field.

And if you're goalkeeper Juan Olave of Belgrano, how else are you going to deal with hamburgers on your turf besides taking a bite of one?

Olave didn't just fill up on the field, he also kept a clean sheet in the game, which finished 0-0.

3. Speaking of hamburgers, hamburger backpacks exist

Wide receivers are known for being the NFL's biggest personalities, and the Indianapolis Colts are no exception. Receiver T.Y. Hilton arrived at the start of training camp Saturday with a unique backpack look:

Hilton's actually trying to spread a message with the backpack, commenting to local reporters that he was wearing the backpack because's he's "ready to eat." He's looking for a contract extension; consider this a clever way to raise interest in your contract situation while still actually playing in training camp.

4. Trey Burke, oh no

Trey Burke was in the NBA's first-ever game in Africa this weekend, representing Team World against Team Africa in what was a big honor for the Jazz's point guard.

But the exhibition was played pretty casually, and Burke ended up being on the floor when former defensive superstar Dikembe Mutombo entered the game. He tried to feed up a block for Mutombo, but for some reason, Dikembe didn't take the bait.

Maybe the biggest story here is how often that vine has been seen: over a million loops of Burke's goofy miss. Burke did, though, lead a comeback for Team World in the fourth quarter to end up winning the game by four.
